Referal / Affiliate Terms and Conditions 

These are the affiliate terms and conditions of (Flower of Love) Kimness, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of the Netherlands under number 77999363.

Enrollment 
1.1 To become an affiliate of the Flower of Love, you must complete and submit the online application on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application in our sole discretion.

1.2 By enrolling in the program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, as well as any other agreements or policies that we may adopt from time to time.

Commissions

2.1 As an affiliate, you will be eligible to earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link or coupon code for the following Flower of Love programs:

• 'Activating the Flower of Love Online'
• 'Flower of Love Embodiment'
• 'Ambassador of Love'

2.2 Commissions will only be paid on sales that are tracked and reported by our system. We are not responsible for any sales that are not properly tracked or reported.

2.3 Commissions will be paid each quarter, subject to a minimum threshold of € 100 in earned commissions. If your earned commissions are below this threshold, they will roll over to the next quarter until the threshold is met. Please not: Payment of commissions will be processed after the refundable period of the payment platform used by the customer has been fulfilled.

2.4 Commissions will be paid via Paypal. You are responsible for providing us with accurate payment information and updating it as necessary.

2.5 For programs offered with installment payment options, affiliate commissions will be paid to the affiliate partner when the full payment for that program, including all installments, has been fulfilled by the customer. Commissions will not be paid until the entire program cost has been paid by the customer.

Promotion and Marketing
3.1 As an affiliate, you may promote our products and services through your website, social media, email marketing, or other means, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms and conditions.

3.2 You may not engage in any form of spam or unsolicited marketing in connection with our affiliate program.

3.3 You may not use any trademarked or copyrighted materials without our prior written consent.

3.4 You may not promote our products or services through any illegal or unethical means, or in a manner that could damage our reputation or brand.

Termination
4.1 We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without providing a specific reason, at our sole discretion.

4.2 If we terminate your participation, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions that you have earned.

Limitation of Liability
5.1 We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the affiliate program.

5.2 Our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program will be limited to the amount of commissions paid to you under these terms and conditions.

Governing Law
6.1 These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dutch law.

6.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules by the competent court of Zeeland-West-Brabant, location Breda, the Netherlands. 

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
7.1 We may modify these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion by posting the modified terms on our website.

7.2 Your continued participation in the affiliate program after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
